In some instances, devices may not automatically configure the network interface. When this occurs, a manual setup may be necessary to access WPD (Wireless Pack Data). Follow the steps below to manually configure Android, Windows, or Apple devices.
Before You Begin:
Ensure that the device:
Is not locked to another carrier or service provider
Has the latest available operating system installed
Has Wi-Fi turned off
Is functioning properly
Typical Android Configuration:
Navigate to:
Applications > Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Names
Enter the following APN settings:

Tethering Setup:
To enable tethering (using the device as a modem), use the manufacturer’s PC Sync software and configure the APN as mdata.net.au
if prompted.
