When transferring a call from the 3CX mobile app, simply follow the guide below

During an active call, press the transfer button to bring up the transfer options, 'Transfer' and 'Att. Transfer' | Once presented with the available option, select "Att. Transfer". | To find the user you wish to transfer the call to, press the search button at the bottom on the dial pad indicated as a magnifying glass as seen below. | Select the user you wish to transfer to, at which point the call will be initiated. |
