How to Pair a Handset to W60P/W70P

If a new W60P/W70P is purchased the Handset that comes in the Package is already pre-registered with the base.

For this setup the base only requires booting up and the Handpiece needs to be added into the charging cradle. The Handset will then connect automatically to the base.

However, in case the Handpiece is not registering, please follow the steps below.

Preparing the Base

Power up the Base Station. Once powered up, the Power and the Network LED will be stable Green.

Once the Base is fully Booted up, press Paging-Button until the Top LED starts to blink Green (the registration-window will stay open for 5 minutes):

Registering the Handset

when the Handset is powered up, it will display 'Unregistered':

Press the Button below 'Reg' to start the registration Process:

The phone will then search for Base Stations in Pairing Mode:

Once a Base Station in Pairing Mode is found, the Handset will automatically register.

(If multiple Base Stations are found the Handset will prompt to choose):

In case the Handset is a replacement for a faulty one or an additional Handset, it will prompt for PIN, which is 0000

After the successful pairing the Handset will show the last 4 letters/digits of MAC-Address of the Base Station it is registered to:

Then the Handset retrieves all the settings from the Base Station (the Handset will bet unresponsive to key presses during this time): 

The Handset is registered as Handset1 to the Base Station;
