Each 3CX extension can have its own unique external DID number. This is so staff can be reached directly without having to go through the standard call flows.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Extensions.
- Select Extension.
- Click Edit.
- Click General Tab.
- In User Information Group, Enter Outbound Caller ID. (This will replace the Original Caller ID for your Extension).
- Click OK to apply changes.
- Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
